Morning Meltdown 100

 

What is this program?

Morning Meltdown 100 is a high-energy, fast-paced, and fierce fitness program designed to be completed first thing in the morning ⚡️

Commit to 100 workouts, and Beachbody Super Trainer Jericho McMatthews (you will LOVE HER!!) will get you fired up to build strength and melt away fat.

These are high-intensity cardio and resistance-training workouts that will blast your total body, while a live DJ keeps the energy high so you’re motivated to burn off the pounds.

The goal: complete 100 workouts and unlock the best version of you.

This is an intermediate-to-advanced program that features 100 workouts broken into 5 phases of 20 workouts each. In each phase, you’ll do a 10-workout cycle of 20- to 30-minute workouts, and then heat up the intensity and repeat those 10 with added 100-second challenges—all designed to give you a solid rotation of cardio, resistance, and mind/body training.

Jericho has included recovery days along the way to give your body some TLC, so if you miss a day or want to plan for a day off you can stack that day’s workout with the next. The program outlines exactly how to do that. The most important takeaway is that you make a commitment to every single morning workout.


 

How does the accountability work?

Truth time. How many times have you gotten as far as putting on workout clothes, and then thought to yourself, “Ugh. I don’t feel like working out,” — and didn’t?

We’ve all been there, and we’ve all made the same excuses: don’t feel like it, don’t want to, not in the mood, too tired, too busy, too hungry.So what’s the solution? How can you get motivated, stay motivated, and stick to your health and fitness plan?

First of all, we are always thrilled that we can get an INSANE workout in AT-HOME in the time it takes to even get to the gym (see the video to see what we mean, lol)! With the help from your coach, using our amazing programs together in online accountability groups, we like to call Online Bootcamps: An online group made up of like-minded people who are all committed to getting healthy and fit! We can get you motivated, stay motivated, and stick to your health and fitness plan with support, one-on-one guidance, and daily accountability within the group! We also share a ton of valuable goodies in the group to help you succeed!

WHY ONLINE BOOTCAMPS WORK: Studies have found that weight-loss programs that involve a third party that holds you accountable, as opposed to you going it alone, can significantly improve your chances of reaching your goals! We hear it everyday that the ACCOUNTABILITY was the key to success for most!

WHAT DO WE MEAN BY ACCOUNTABILITY?

Everyone always asks, "what do you mean group accountability?" Well, just imagine if you could log into a private app and you could see all these sweaty faces checking in with their sweaty selfie after completing their workout or posting their meals, despite their struggles and excuses for the day, you will want to check-in too! Where do I get my workouts? How can I access them?

One of the top questions I get is WHERE do I get my workouts...and how does it look to do a workout program from home.

Let me tell you: it looks like FREEDOM and the workouts are simple to access! My fitness is so simple now that I can do it from the comfort of my home and the excuses I can make are practically gone now. No nonsense = NO EXCUSES and I’m in love with it!

What are some success stories from this program?

I think that’s a fair question! Here are my personal results from just the first 20 days. I can definitely tell my legs and abs are taking a more athletic form, but I was most surprised at my BUTT! Look at that lift, ladies!? Can I get an AMEN?! Let me just put it out there that I’m crazy excited to see it in 80 more days!
